Gamer Pakistan & K2 Gamer Pakistan Organized the PUBG Mobile MID EAST Conference LAN Qualifiers Round with collaboration the University of Faisalabad at TUF
On the 16th of January 2024, The Gamer Pakistan, K2 Gamer Pakistan & The University of Faisalabad (TUF) Organized the exhilarating PUBG Mobile K2 Gamer Pakistan Universities Showdown 2023-24 LAN MID East Conference Qualifier event. With 22 teams registering for the competition, the campus buzzed with the gaming spirit as 20 teams actively participated in the event, turning the Main Campus of TUF into a battleground for digital supremacy.
Distinguished by the presence of Chief Guest Dr. Amanullah Malik, Director of Student Affairs, the event saw the adept coordination of Mr. Haseeb UL Hasan and Mr. Umair, representatives from K2Gamer Pakistan, who conducted the proceedings with finesse. The University’s organizing team, led by Mr Usama Khan (Manager center of collective activities), Mr Abubaker Younis (President E-gaming society), and Mr Altaf (Director Sports TUF), along with 11 other members from the E-Gaming Society, managed the event seamlessly, ensuring its success.
The competition witnessed fierce battles, ultimately culminating in the victory of the standout team, Go Lobby, securing the 1st position. The 2nd and 3rd places were claimed by 8Sea Team and The Gangster, respectively. CID officials and No Mercy secured the 4th and 5th positions, representing the University of Faisalabad.These top four teams have now earned the privilege to advance to the next group stages, where they will confront the best teams from across Pakistan for a grand 1 million cash prize. Moreover, K2 Gamer is the first Organization who distributes the cash prize money at the Qualifying Group Levels.
In recognition of their achievements, the winning teams were presented with a prize pool totaling PKR 15,000, with the distribution as follows: 1st place – 5000 PKR, 2nd place – 4000 PKR, 3rd place – 3000 PKR, 4th place – 2000 PKR, and 5th place – 1000 PKR. Additionally, shields were bestowed upon the Chief Guest from K2Gamer Pakistan, while souvenirs and appreciation certificates were given to the dedicated organizers and participants.
Remember that, K2GAMER Pakistan, a prominent entity registered with the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, has been a catalyst for the nation’s esports growth. Their strategic partnerships with Elite Sports Pakistan ESP, MOUs with the Inter-University Consortium for the Promotion of Social Sciences (IUCPSS), and 120 + public and private sector universities underscore their commitment to commercializing university sports and introducing merchandise stores within academic institutions.
In the realm of esports, K2 Gamer Pakistan orchestrated the 2nd edition of the national Inter Universities Esports Tournament, titled PUBG Mobile K2 Gamer Pakistan Universities Showdown 2023-24. This nationwide gaming extravaganza witnessed the participation of over 600 + teams across 16 conferences and 120 + Universities, distributed evenly across four zones, showcasing the incredible gaming talent from universities throughout Pakistan.
The tournament also featured 10 Campus LAN qualifiers held as preliminary rounds, providing emerging talents with a platform to shine and become integral members of the growing esports community.
In a bid to elevate the stakes, K2 Gamer Pakistan announced an impressive 1 million cash pool prize distribution, emphasizing their commitment to acknowledging and rewarding the outstanding skills of competing teams.
As a third-party licensed PUBG Mobile Esports tournament at the national level, the event has attracted almost three hundred twenty-plus registered teams, solidifying its status as a cornerstone in the burgeoning esports culture across Pakistan.
The grand finale of the PUBG Mobile K2 Gamer Pakistan Universities Showdown 2023-24 is set to take place physically (LAN) in Islamabad, where the top 16 teams from across the country will converge for an unforgettable showdown. This live event will not only determine the ultimate victors but will also serve as a testament to the unwavering dedication and passion of the esports community.
