Since my inception with Elite Sports Pakistan in 2016 while touring Sri Lanka to take part in Flag Football Championship, I find it quite dedicated and a hard-working organization led and driven by the Pakistan sports industry's best-qualified professionals who are not only providing professional sporting opportunities to the youth but mentioning and grooming them too, to become professional sportsmen and best citizens, though I am a film star now I feel proud to be affiliated with this outstanding sports organization in Pakistan.

I am still carrying that sporting university team feelings with me, today which shape up my attitude and strongly required for the students of this age and era. The ESP has rightly inherited the university sports Commercialization idea, by creating university team logos, establishing sports conferences and creating merchandising stores for the overall university sports development in the country which would definitely revolutionise country higher education sports in all aspects. As a university team logos develops a sense of belonging in the students with their Alma meter. It gives them a sense of identity and privilege to pride on it and they carry that feeling with themselves whole life.

ESP activities and operations are beyond admiration as they are working on International University Sports Commercialization project in the Pakistan which is unique in its nature and has a lot of scope for development of Higher Education sports across the country by signing University Sports Commercialization MoU's, creating university team logos and establishing Merchandising Store's and providing an opportunity for the universities teams to play in sports conferences which not only provide a grooming opportunities to the players but prepare them to try out for the national and international level competitions, too

Since, the Elite Sports Pakistan and Mir Chakar Khan Rind University, Sibi collaborations through signing off University Sports Commercialization agreement to revive University Sports on modern lines. The ESP has been arranging a series of competitions across Balochiatan. In this orientation an Installment of Interdepartment eSports Championship held at university campus which was an exclusive online gaming competition experience. It was throughly liked and enjoyed by the students. The students took part in the games wholeheartedly and their enthusiasm was worth watching. As it was wholly solely funded and sponsored by the ESP in shape of cash prizes, souvenirs and refreshments it rejuvenate students moral and spirit. We are looking forward to have such more professional sporting competitions.

Its need of the day with reference to the European countries sports standards.
